Ms. Gillies is a 1991 graduate of the University of Southern California where she earned her undergraduate degree in Journalism. She earned her Juris Doctor from Southwestern University School of Law in 1998. Before and after earning her law degree, Ms. Gillies spent several years in the corporate environment and, therefore, possesses extensive experience with a variety of general and complex business transactions.
Ms. Gillies has experience in all aspects of real estate development, acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing. She has represented owners, developers, investors, lenders, borrowers, landlords and tenants, as well as others involved in complex business transactions.
Additionally, Ms. Gillies has advised countless clients in the selection and formation of business entities. She is experienced in the creation of C-corporations, S-corporations, professional corporations and limited liability companies, as well as general and limited partnerships.
Born and raised in Southern California, Ms. Gillies currently resides with her family in Huntington Beach. Ms. Gillies is a former licensed real estate broker and is member of the California State Bar Association.
